We Pressure Formed these automated handwashing stations for our customer, Meritech. Meritech developed these hand sanitizing systems, which have been clinically proven to remove more that 99.9% of harmful pathogens. The process takes approximately 12 seconds, and uses 75% less water than a traditional sink.
Initially, we decided that the pressure forming was the appropriate process for this part. In addition to the forming process we employ specialized techniques which enable us to achieve the very deep draw you see here. The combination of processes enables us to optimize the material thickness as well.
