ATI Offers Great Variety in Thermoforming Jobs:

Tooling-Department

Tooling/CNC Machinist –   The primary function of this department is to make tools used to form detailed, heavy-gauge thermoformed parts.

 

Thermoforming operator

Forming Operators –  Our Forming Department offers job opportunities in both 1st and 2nd shifts.  Experience running plastic thermoforming machines is a plus, but we will train anyone with the desire to learn!

CNC Plastic Trimming Associated Thermoforming Inc.

CNC Operators – Our CNC Trimming department also offers job opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shifts.  This primarily involves trimming or buffing plastic part edges to meet customer requirements. Experience with 5 axis routers is desired, but we will train!

Assembly Operators –  Assembly operators perform a variety of assembly tasks, and ensure that a high-quality product is ready to send directly to our customers.

Thermoforming Material Handler

Materials Handlers – Material Handlers’ primary functions are to provide tools, materials and product necessary for Forming, CNC and Assembly operators, for both first and second shifts. Additionally they handle packaging, shipping and receiving duties.  Forklift experience is not required, but is beneficial!
