Vacuum Formed Power Line Guard

We manufacture this power line guard using Vacuum Forming with compression molding. This is used to prevent birds, raptors, squirrels, etc. from short circuiting power lines, causing power outages, potential fires, as well as death of our wildlife. The part is made from a special polymer that is highly UV resistant and flame retardant. Additionally, we form into the part a living hinge.
